Data Entry Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into company databases and systems
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
  • Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative work
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
